Fxolio in Malaysia
We are establishing a base in Kuala Lumpur to offer AI automation services to small and medium businesses in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia, alongside our own products.
What we will offer here
The same four things we already build and operate for ourselves.
- AI agents
- Agents that handle customer support, sales enquiries, bookings and internal operations, in several languages, with a person picking up whenever the agent should not decide.
- Workflow automation
- Connecting AI to the tools a business already runs on, its CRM, email, messaging and accounting, to remove repetitive manual work rather than add another dashboard.
- Document and data processing
- Extraction, classification and reporting from invoices, forms and business documents, checked by rules so a wrong reading cannot quietly enter the books.
- Custom AI integrations
- AI built into a client's own website, app or internal systems, operated afterwards rather than handed over and forgotten.
How we plan to get there

Months 1 to 6
Market research, meetings with prospective clients and partners, selection of an MD Hub coworking base in Kuala Lumpur, and preparation of company incorporation.

Months 6 to 12
Incorporation of a Malaysian subsidiary, first client projects, and the move to a long-term pass under the Malaysia Tech Entrepreneur Programme.

Months 12 to 18
Local hiring. Developers and sales staff in Kuala Lumpur as client projects start.
The investment, being the coworking base, incorporation, equipment and marketing, is funded from the company's own revenue. Fxolio has taken no outside investment.
